The Concept:
I researched lutes and Dark Elf lore to ground the design. The black clothing, the stringed instrument, and Elora's life on the road led me to a "Mariachi Biker" fusion. I used gold as a trim to match her yellow eyes.

To complement her pointed ears, I carried a dual-point system through the design, repeating the shape in her boots, lapels, and sleeves, and even her tie.
